Why Wood Buffalo Pride?
Our organization is dedicated to providing services to the entire Wood Buffalo Region; we want our name to reflect that. Pride YMM was created by the hard work of many amazing volunteers; as we have grown and solidified our values, we feel it's time for our name to reflect that. Changing from YMM to Wood Buffalo is an act of decolonization and helps to ensure that our services will always be available for the entire region.
